On The Dot is a 21 acre mixed-use redeveopment of transit-oriented industrial land at the edge of South Boston. It will host 94 all affordable age-restricted homes alongside 237 market rate dwellings. Residents all share several levels of communal outdoor space, activated by an actived ground floor public realm. The building is the largest PHIUS design certified passive house project in the United States. Sam worked on the design and documentation of this project while at Utile.
