Bakery Loft
This home is a 1,000 sf loft in an early 1900s factory, currently used as a large open live + work studio. Ours is a playful and precise intervention, dividing the space into three primary rooms for working, living, and sleeping. The three spaces are reconnected by an enfilade along the window wall, maintaining a sense of length and generosity, while increasing privacy and functionality.
